This is a handmade item and will therefore have slight imperfections.

Grading Policy
- Presale Grade pins are in perfect or nearly perfect condition. They are the best of the batch with none or very minimal imperfections that are only visible in certain angles. They pass the arms-length test.
- A-Grade* pins are in great condition. There may be slight imperfections but they aren’t easily noticeable—only in certain angles. They pass the arms-length test.
- B-Grade* pins are in good condition. They may have some noticeable imperfections, especially at certain angles. They pass the arms-length test for the most part.
- C-Grade* pins are in decent condition. They have noticeable imperfections. They do not pass the arm-length test.
- D-Grade* pins are in bad condition and, if sold, would be at a greatly discounted price. They have obvious imperfections and do not pass the arms-length test.

*If grades are marked as Standard (ie Standard A Grade), that means there is a consistent minor flaw in the batch that is not taken into account during the grading process.

Refund Policy
If you decide you would like a refund of a pin, please send me a DM on Instagram @buddy.pins or send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. If the pin hasn't gone into production yet, I will refund you immediately. If the pin did go into production, I will issue the refund as soon as the pins are in-hand.

If you received a pin that was damaged during shipment, customers have two weeks from the time of delivery to notify me via Instagram @buddy.pins or email [email protected]. Please include your order number and detailed photos of the damages sustained. If the damages are NOT aligned with the grade in which you purchased the pin, and a replacement pin of the same grade is available, I will send a replacement. If no replacement is available, I will issue a refund.

Due to these pins being limited edition, if pins are lost or misplaced during shipping but the tracking states that the pin was delivered, I will unfortunately not issue a replacement or refund.
