By purchasing the presale, you are helping pay for the production of the pin. Production of the pin can take anywhere from 2-6 months. If you're not comfortable waiting that long, you may purchase the pin when it's in-hand. The downside is that you'll also be paying the more expensive in-hand rate.
Presale Refund Policy: If you decide you would like a refund of the pin, please send me a DM on Instagram @buddy.pins or send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. If the pin hasn't gone into production yet, I will refund you immediately. If the pin did go into production, I will issue the refund as soon as the pins are in-hand.
